Fiesta Furnishings Return & Price Adjustment Policy

At Fiesta Furnishings, we want you to be confident in your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we've crafted our return and price adjustment policies to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Furniture Returns

If you've purchased furniture, don't worry! You can return in-stock furniture within 3 days of your purchase. Just make sure it's in the same condition as when you bought it—free from any damage, wear, or alterations.

Special orders are final sale, and we cannot offer a refund on them. These were designed and customized to be a perfect fit in your home, not our showroom.

Clearance Furniture is final sale and sold as-is.

Please note that all delivery, pick-up, and service fees are non-refundable, and we kindly ask that you take care of arranging the safe return of your items.

Accessories Returns

For our beautiful accessories like décor and lighting, you have a little more time! You can return these items within 7 days of purchase. Just remember to keep them in their original condition and packaging. And, similar to our furniture policy, delivery or shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Any return made outside of our return policy must be approved by a manager and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Price Adjustments

We want our customers to feel great about their purchases. So, if an item you bought goes on sale within 14 days, we've got you covered. You will receive a full refund in store credit. Just reach out to us, and we'll be happy to help!

Price Matching

While we do our best to offer the most value up front, sometimes you find that special piece somewhere else for less! We are committed to earning your business and will automatically price match anything in the state of Arizona as long as it is not a clearance or sale item. All other price match requests will be reviewed by a manager.
