Jason Scott King Bed Carving at Fiesta Furnishings

Jason Scott Furniture

Fiesta Furnishings has proudly partnered with Jason Scott for over a decade, offering the largest in-stock selection of Jason Scott furniture in Arizona. We consider Jason Scott furniture "heirloom quality" thanks to its exceptional craftsmanship and durability. Each piece is handcrafted from reclaimed teak wood salvaged from old Indonesian structures, making it as sustainable as it is exotic — teak's density and rich grain give every piece a distinguished, one-of-a-kind finish.

About Jason Scott Furniture

In 1995, after traveling through many countries, Jason Scott found himself drawn to the culture and beauty of Java, Indonesia. While exploring the island's countryside, he began collecting antique furniture and artifacts, and on returning to the U.S. opened a small antique furniture shop, "Ancient Secrets," in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

After two successful years, Jason sold the shop and returned to Java to pursue his craft further. That's where the Jason Scott collection was born, in a small village where he began manufacturing furniture from salvaged, reclaimed teak, each piece put through a unique ten-step process of wire brushing, scraping with broken glass, burning, waxing, rubbing with empty bottles, and kiln drying.

As demand grew, Jason began creating custom pieces for an upscale design firm in Phoenix, Arizona, and in 1998 moved permanently to the same Java village to work alongside his carpenters, carvers, and assemblers. Today he leads a team of over 200 craftsmen across three factory warehouses in Java, continuing to produce heirloom-quality furniture for clients across the U.S. Jason now splits his time between Phoenix, where he lives with his family, and the village in Java where his craftsmanship began.
