Althorp Collection Accent Table Barrel Painted Spencer Coat Of Arms 18x18x26
A hand-painted heraldic coat of arms — rearing lions, laurel, and crimson shield — wraps the stave-built body of this barrel accent table, evoking the great manor houses and country estates of the English countryside. Three hand-forged iron hoops, studded with riveted detail, cinch the dark-stained oak staves in a construction technique unchanged for centuries. Standing 26 inches tall, this artisan piece functions beautifully as a drinks table, lamp stand, or conversation anchor in a study, great room, or bar. The one-of-a-kind painted crest lends a sense of provenance and Old World authority that no mass-produced piece can replicate.
