Art High Desert 1 36x36
Three saguaro forms rise across a sun-bleached desert sky — one rendered in burnt sienna, one ghosted into the pale sage background, and one built up in thick, heavily textured impasto that practically casts a shadow off the canvas. That layered relief technique gives the dominant foreground cactus an almost sculptural presence, bridging painting and dimensional art in a single composition. The muted southwestern palette of terracotta, warm sand, and dusty sage speaks directly to the high desert landscape that defines the Sonoran Southwest. Set in a clean black float frame, this one-of-a-kind artisan piece carries the quiet drama of an Arizona morning into any interior.
