Caballo Balarin Turquoise
A weathered verdigris patina washes over every carved detail of this prancing horse sculpture — the rippled mane, the ornamental saddle blanket, the bridle hardware rendered with artisan precision. Inspired by the Tang Dynasty horse figures that have symbolized power, nobility, and the spirit of the Southwest for centuries, this hand-cast piece carries the quiet authority of something unearthed rather than manufactured. The layered copper-to-turquoise finish deepens with light, shifting from sage to aged bronze depending on where it sits. A one-of-a-kind accent, it belongs on a reclaimed wood console, a hacienda-style entry table, or anywhere a room calls for sculptural presence grounded in history.
