Coffee Table Mexican Old Door
Planks of reclaimed wood — each one carrying the sun-bleached reds, burnt siennas, and mossy greens of its former life as a Mexican door — are laid side by side to form a broad, generous tabletop that tells its own story before a single object is placed on it. This hacienda-style coffee table is rooted in a centuries-old tradition of repurposing antique doors from colonial Mexican homes, where the wood absorbed decades of color, weather, and use that no new finish can replicate. Turned legs, hand-carved from solid wood, anchor the piece with the same artisan sensibility found throughout the finest imported Mexican furniture. The low, substantial profile invites gathered conversation and holds its own against bold textiles, leather seating, and southwestern décor with equal ease.
