Jason Scott Mozaic 4-Drawer Dresser – Hand-Carved Scrollwork
Four drawers of hand-carved storage with a presence that fills a room. The Mozaic 4-Drawer Dresser, from the Jason Scott Furniture Collection, is built around a bombe-shaped case, its sides curving gracefully outward, topped with a rope-twist carved edge. Each drawer front carries the same intricate hand-carved scrollwork, a flowing vine-and-acanthus pattern framing a diamond medallion on either side, with a round pull set below. A carved, scalloped apron and small scroll feet finish the base.
The dresser is solid wood with a warm, weathered finish that lets the natural grain show through the distressing, the kind of aged character at home in a hacienda-style bedroom or anywhere Old World craftsmanship is the point.
