Statuary Up in the Air Plane
Polished to a mirror finish, this cast aluminum prop plane sculpture captures the romance of mid-century aviation in precise, hand-crafted detail — twin engines, swept wings, and a graceful fuselage that catches and reflects the light from every angle. Rooted in the golden age of flight, pieces like this draw from a long artisan tradition of tabletop sculpture that celebrates mechanical beauty as art. Mounted on a solid oval base, it sits with quiet authority on a bookshelf, desk, or side table. A one-of-a-kind accent for the collector who appreciates the intersection of craft and history.
